School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Book Week
Date: 2nd September, 2025
Time: 10:00am
Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students take part in fun activities throughout the week and love to dress up at their favorite book character.
Intergenerational Read-In
Date: 2nd April, 2025
Time: 10:00am
Crescent Head Public School hosts the annual Intergenerational Read-In in conjunction with our local CWA. A variety of generations from our school community as well as our wider community are read to by our proud students.
P&C meeting
Date: 7th November, 2025
Time: 4:30pm
Join our vibrant P&C. Meetings are held regularly every term. Parents and carers are welcome to attend. This year funds were raised to assist the school in purchasing a 12 seater bus!
ANZAC Service
Date: 26th April, 2025
Time: 9:00am
Crescent Head Public School has a large representation of students at our village ANZAC Service Cenotaph every year. Our leaders present inspiring speeches of commemoration.
Cross Country
Date: 9th April, 2025
Time: 10:00am
Our stunning Killick Beach provides the perfect location for students to run with their peers for our annual Cross Country event. Parents, carers and community members line the finish area to cheer our school on.
Naidoc Week
Date: 6th - 13th July, 2025
Our students learn more about our indigenous culture while celebrating, learning and connecting through a broad range of activities. These activities include art & craft, educating culture and performances such as dance routines.
